Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TRUE GREEN PARTS. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Free UPS Ground, USPS Shipping is only applied the 48  continental United States.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada and other countries are responsible for delivery surcharge.
Orders  ship out daily from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. All orders placed before 12:00PM PST will ship that same day. Unless, we may have to postpone shipment for 1 business day.
All orders will have a tracking number sent via email within 1 business day once the order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, please check your e-mail filters.
If even after that, it is not there, please feel free to call us at 626-452-1153 or send us an eBay message. California shipments will have a sales tax applied.

Combined Shipping
We provide an option for combined shipping for multiple items. Combined shipping is easy! All you have to do is click the items you need and hold your payment,
then then request a total through checkout. We will then combine all the items and will send you a combined shipping invoice to pay.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
True Green Parts ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
 If you are delivering to P.O. Box, we are not responsible for the shipping service provider locating and successfully delivering the package.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
True Green Parts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
True Green Parts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
